The villa has a beautiful terrace of more than 150 m2 offering a magnificent sea view and a landscaped garden with a private access to the beach of Ovu Santu located at only 450 m on foot.
The terrace is fully equipped with outdoor living room, table, gas plancha and deckchairs.
A shade cloth will protect you from the sun during your meals outside.
A private heated swimming pool of 10*5 is available from April to November. The pool is secured by an electric shutter.
Possibility to park at least three cars in front of the villa. The domain is secured with a gate and digicode.
The residence gives the possibility to the tenants to use the gym (bench, treadmill, elliptical) and the common swimming pool (12*4 and heated) located at the entrance of the residence.
