Interior
The villa opens onto a beautiful living room that combines a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as the living room for a convivial space. Large bay windows that open completely expand the space to the terrace and offer a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. A generous volume, bathed in natural light, with a refined and soothing style. On this level, you have a bedroom overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool with bathroom and toilet. A separate toilet is located near the entrance. The internal staircase leads you upstairs where there is a suite with bathroom and toilet. The room opens onto a terrace with a view of the pool.
On the garden level, through an outdoor and illuminated access, at the entrance, there is a large living area with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, adjoining a living room with television overlooking a terrace with a petanque court nearby. The rooms offer comfort and privacy and each have a large bed (160 * 200) with private bathroom and toilet. An independent toilet in the corridor.
