RENTAL VILLA CLOSE TO THE BEACH WITH SEA VIEW 6/7 ROOMS 15 persons
Close to the superb beaches of Saint Cyprien and Cala Rossa, the private and secure Domaine de Benedettu offers access to a beautiful, almost private beach in a few minutes by foot. In the middle of a wooded park of several hectares, Villa Olarma has a private garden of 4700m² planted with Mediterranean species.
Spread over 3 levels, the 450m² house has large living rooms at the entrance: a large 60m² lounge, a dining room equipped with a large table as well as a beautiful open kitchen and linen room. The whole is bathed in light by several bay windows giving access to a large covered terrace with a 180° view over the bay of Porto-Vecchio.
On this level, two large bedrooms, one with a bathroom and the other with a shower room, each with its own private toilet.
The floor has a master suite with a private terrace with a panoramic sea/mountain view and direct access to a large swimming pool (14m50/5m)
On the ground floor, two bedrooms also offering a sea view, each with access to a terrace and garden. These have a bathroom with toilets
An independent apartment is accessible from the parking lot that can accommodate 4 cars. It is composed of a TV lounge, 2 beds 90×200, an American kitchen as well as a bedroom with a double bed.
Outside, a summer kitchen, a gas barbecue and a large dining table, garden furniture and a large swimming pool with its sun loungers.
