Ideally located in the Hamlets of Pietragione, less than 300 meters from Santa-Giulia beach, this villa can accommodate up to 9 people, offering everything necessary for a friendly stay with family or friends.

Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and bathroom.
A separate toilet.
A large partially covered terrace, fitted out with an outdoor table, garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for convivial evenings facing the bay.

A triple room with a single bed and a trundle bed,
giving access to a balcony-terrace shared between the two bedrooms.
