INTERIOR
The villa is composed of a large bright living room giving direct access to the pool and the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a central island (oven, microwave, refrigerator, Illy coffee maker, Toaster, juicer, Thermomix, Wine cellar, etc.).
The kitchen faces a beautiful dining room adjoining the living room, composed of a magnificent custom-made wooden table that can accommodate up to 14 people.
The villa is composed of 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are on the garden level and 2 on the upper floor.

The villa has a superb landscaped garden, perfectly landscaped with a bowling alley and an exceptional pool house.
The pool house entirely made of floor-to-ceiling tiles and dry stone has a bar area, a pizza oven, a fully equipped kitchen and a large table that can accommodate 14 people, all with a breathtaking view of the pool and the garden thanks to these fully retractable bay windows giving the feeling of being both inside and outside.
A beautiful parking space can accommodate up to 5/6 cars including 2 covered spaces.
Access to the villa is via a secure gate.
