The proposed house, with a surface area of approximately 50m2, is composed as follows:
A patio with outdoor dining area, a kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room, a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a bathroom with WC and an air-conditioned bedroom (bed 140), on the 2nd floor a second air-conditioned bedroom with bed 160.
