1 bedroom apartment in the city center near the beach Located just a few meters from the town center of Propriano and the beaches, come and stay in this beautiful two-room apartment, fully equipped for your comfort. It is composed as follows: - a beautiful bedroom with king size bed, large wall cabinet and office area, - a living room, with open kitchen, high table, lounge area - a large bathroom with Italian shower and WC, - a 29m2 terrace covered with a motorized pergola allowing protection from the sun but also from the opposite and a garden the apartment has air conditioning, a wifi connection, a secure parking space in the basement , washing machine and dishwasher. Linen is provided (sheets and towels). For your convenience, we do the cleaning after your departure, however we will ask you to put away any furniture that has been moved, empty the bins, wash and put away the dishes. Otherwise 100 € could be deducted from your deposit. Animals and parties are not allowed in this accommodation. When you arrive, you will have to leave a deposit in the amount of 500 € and pay the tourist tax, depending on the booking platform.
