The well-equipped kitchen is also separate. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the terrace and the outside. This accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free internet access (or WiFi).

Many parking spaces are available in the residence. You will appreciate its quiet location while being only 600 meters from the city, 1 km from the beaches and nautical activities, 1 km from two supermarkets and 250 meters from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts.
