PORTICCIO (2A) - Studio Apartment Studio apartment - approximately 21m2 - up to 2 people The Paesolu residence is located on the side of a hill, approximately 1.5 km from the beach, the center of Porticcio and its shops, a set of small buildings of maximum 2 floors. You will have free access to the swimming pool of the residence open between mid-May and the end of September, as well as to the tennis courts. The proposed apartment, studio type, includes: an entrance with storage and bathroom with WC, a main room with kitchen area open to the living room dining room with sofa bed (sleeps 140), all overlooking the terrace with mountain view. Bed linen and towels as well as departure cleaning are included in the price. Only kitchen towels are not provided.
