The Paesolu residence is located on the hillside, approximately 1.5 km from the beach, the center of Porticcio and its shops, made up of a group of small buildings of maximum 2 floors.
You will benefit from free access to the residence's swimming pool, open between mid-May and the end of September, as well as to the tennis courts.
The proposed apartment, type F2, is located on the ground floor, not overlooked, it includes: an entrance with storage, a main room with kitchen area opening onto the living room dining room with convertible sofa (bed 140) overlooking on the terrace with garden and maquis view, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
