INTERIOR
This elegant bastide of 300 m2 offers generous volumes and a layout designed to combine comfort, conviviality and elegance.
On the ground floor, you will discover three large living spaces open to each other. The open kitchen, fully equipped, is ideal for sharing convivial moments. It has a large dining table that can accommodate 8 guests as well as a complete equipment: Lacanche cooking piano, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, hotplates, oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster and Nespresso capsule machine. A television completes this space.
In the extension of the kitchen there is a bright living room, bathed in natural light, furnished with a large sofa and an armchair, offering direct access to the terrace. This space then leads to a warm living room, equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a large sofa, ideal for meeting with family or friends during convivial evenings. These three living spaces open directly onto a large terrace, creating a beautiful continuity between the interior and the exterior. A guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy to everyone :
A master suite equipped with a 180 × 200 cm bed, with its private bathroom including a bathtub, a shower and a toilet.
A second bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed, also with its private bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Two other bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 × 190 cm bed.
An independent bathroom with shower and toilet is at the disposal of the occupants of these last two rooms.
Thanks to its beautiful volumes, its quality equipment and its living spaces open to the outside, this bastide is perfectly suited for stays with family or friends.
The bastide is fully air-conditioned, it has fiber and also offers everything necessary for washing and ironing (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).
OUTSIDE
The bastide opens onto a large terrace, a real extension of the living spaces, designed to take full advantage of the sunny days. Furnished with a comfortable garden furniture, it offers an ideal setting to share an outdoor meal, enjoy an aperitif at sunset or simply relax at any time of the day. From this space, you will enjoy a pleasant unobstructed view with a glimpse of the sea, in a peaceful atmosphere conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation.
Below the terrace, in the heart of the green spaces, there is a beautiful private unheated swimming pool of 11 × 3 m secured by an alarm. It includes a 4 × 3 m "beach" area, with a shallow depth ranging from 20 to 60 cm, ideal for children or to cool off gently, as well as a 7 × 3 m pool with a depth of 1.60 m, perfect for swimming. The pool area is equipped with 2 parasols and 6 to 8 sun loungers, inviting you to relax under the Mediterranean sun.
The garden, completely fenced by hedges, preserves your privacy while offering a green and pleasant environment. Lovers of conviviality will also be able to enjoy a game of petanque on the gravel parking lot, to share good moments with family or friends.
