INTERIOR
This sublime bright villa with generous volumes offers a contemporary and warm decoration, articulated around a vast living space open to the outside and the sea.
The ground floor hosts a beautiful living room with the living-dining room overlooking the fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen with central island has high-end services: two refrigerators, one American, two dishwashers, two ovens, two hotplates, microwave, Nespresso machine, Krups coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and many equipment to cook comfortably. Consisting of an entrance, a small air-conditioned living room with TV and a sofa bed offers an additional sleeping place in a 160 x 200 cm bed. An independent shower room, an independent toilet complete this level. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and ironing equipment. The villa offers 6 elegant rooms, including 2 sumptuous suites, as well as 2 bedrooms with mezzanine. Each room opens onto a private terrace, inviting contemplation and une conciergerie.
