Villa Propriano

Close to the beach, the villa Pruprià is located at the top of a small hill with a private garden of 4000m² planted with local species. The villa allows access in a few minutes to the centre of the small harbour town of Propriano.

Spread over 2 levels, the house of 300m², has a large living room at the entrance: this space without partitioning serves a television room with a large screen (the grey living room), a relaxation room (red living room) with a grand piano, the dining room and the particularly well equipped kitchen.
The whole is bathed in light through several bay windows giving access to a large covered terrace with a 180° view of the Valinco gulf.

At this level, three large bedrooms with sea view, each with its own shower room and private toilet. Each bedroom gives access by a bay window to the swimming pool.

Upstairs two other bedrooms facing the Gulf with a common terrace overlooking the infinity pool.

Outside, a gas hob and a large dining table, garden furniture and a large swimming pool with its sunbathing area.
