The duplex villa located in a beautiful recent residence of calm and welcoming standing with swimming pool (15m / 7m) (secure access). Saint Cyprien, wide bay of fine sand with turquoise waters overhung by a Genoese tower, guardian of the place.
Local shops within walking distance (500 m) are at your disposal: supermarket, delicatessen with local produce, bakery, butcher, bookstore, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and a post office.
