Located in the heart of the Porticcio seaside resort, within the "I Candilelli" residence, just a few hundred meters from the beach and shops, this villa will charm you with its spacious rooms and outdoor areas, including a magnificent 2,000 m² garden offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Gulf of Ajaccio.
Sleeping 5 people, the villa comprises a large living room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a pantry with a dishwasher, a dining room, and a master suite with a shower room and toilet, opening onto a terrace with stunning views of the garden and the city of Ajaccio. Upstairs, two bedrooms open onto a terrace overlooking the sea and the garden: one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a single bed. A shower room and toilet complete this floor.

Please note that the villa is not air-conditioned, but fans are available in each room. The villa will be equipped with an internet connection from April 2026.
