Entrance into spacious living room with fixed corner seating, flat-screen TV with Canal+, Wi-fi. Open kitchen with countertop, induction hob, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker...
Large picture windows opening onto terraces with garden furniture, gas BBQ, breathtaking sea and mountain views.

Access to pool area: 10x5 m, protected by roller shutter. Sunbathing area

Separate guest toilet with washbasin, washing machine and additional fridge.
1 cupboard with cleaning equipment.
