Villa of 5 rooms in an idyllic setting, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, beach access and 180 degree sea view on the bay of Fautea and its Genoese tower.

The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area where about ten families live. The road serving this residential area is a private dead-end street, secured at the entrance by a metal gate.
The entrance is facing the sea with a nice living room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay of Fautea.
