High quality gîte, ground floor of villa, independent. Very pleasant, well-equipped, comfortable interior for 2 to 4 people: 50 m². Outside: 200 m² of beautiful landscaped terraces and gardens with trees and flowers, shaded parking area. (see website) . This bioclimatic house (it also has reversible air-conditioning), like these terraces, restored in the traditional way, with their authentic charm, are to be experienced to the full to savour the mildness of the Corsican spring (and autumn!) and are essential in summer: shaded area (hundred-year-old oak) + solarium . Additional services available: cot (in a small, independent adjoining room), high chair, wifi, DVD loan, table tennis, pétanque (+ children's games), beach umbrella. Pets allowed. South-facing, beautiful sea and mountain views: all the south of the Gulf of Ajaccio! (see photos and equipment on our website) . In a quiet, unspoilt setting, this is a privileged environment with an exceptional micro-climate, even for the Corsican coast, all year round. The gîte is close to all the shops and services (1 to 4 km) and to Ajaccio (7km). All leisure activities nearby: sea (numerous and varied beaches, offering your favourite activities; the are 9km away), wellness areas, walks (even close to the house), mountain walks, river walks, tourism... and even lounging (deckchairs, summer lounge, barbecue...).
