* Double room with 160x200 bed (modular in 2 beds of 80x200), adjoining bathroom and sea view.
* Double room with 160x200 bed, private bathroom and access to a private terrace.
* Bright living/dining room with panoramic sea views, fully equipped open kitchen and small sitting area.
Floor:
* Family suite with 180x200 bed (modular in 2 beds of 90x200) and 2 extra beds of 80x200, private bathroom and separate toilet.
* Double room with 160x200 bed and private bathroom.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has WIFI.

THE OUTSIDE :
Large terrace with seating area, 6 sun loungers and a dining area for lunch sheltered from the sun.
The heated swimming pool is secured with a submerged roller shutter.
Access to the beach is directly through the garden of the villa, via a gate.

Be careful, the villa being on the beach, it is imperative to make sure to close the gate and close the pool roller shutter every evening for safety reasons.
From November to early April the swimming pool is closed
