INTERIOR
Villa with an area of 300 m2 built on a plot of 2,500 m2.
Upstairs :
The villa is composed of a large living / dining room with adjoining kitchen. The living room has a large bay window with glazing giving access to a terrace facing the sea and a second bay window at the back giving access to a back terrace ideal for having lunch outside while staying out of the sun in summer. The living area enjoys a beautiful brightness with these two through openings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Magimix filter coffee maker, Magimix robot and food processor, etc.. It is possible to access the main terrace (sea and pool side) and the back terrace of the kitchen.
