The residence is located in the heart of Solenzara, a small village on the south coast of Corsica.
It is a place suitable for those who want to spend a holiday on the beautiful surrounding beaches, but also for those who love nature and the mountains and want to visit waterfalls, natural pools, gorges and small villages perched on the mountains.
The residence is close to the tourist harbour and the nearest beach is 150 metres away. Restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
The residence consists of 49 flats spread over the three floors of the building. At guests' disposal are a garage (free of charge, at guests' disposal), a small swimming pool (8x4 m, up to 120 cm deep), open from April to September, and a lift.
