This accommodation has all the comforts necessary to accommodate up to 4 people. It has a superb outside space with a terrace equipped with barbecue, sun loungers and a dining table, as well as a garden with a view on the sea. This T2 air-conditioned, ideally located in a residence very quiet, close to centre and beaches, comprises of a bright living room with a large bay window, open on a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area with tv and sofa bed accommodating two beds. It also features a bedroom with a double bed in 160cm giving access to the terrace with its door window, and a room water and an independent WC. The Residence has a swimming pool and a tennis court in common. Free parking is available. ###A concierge service is at your disposal to accompany you throughout your stay.
