Located in the new residence (year 2017) Rivages of Calvi, secure (portal with access code, entry with access code) and quiet, this fully equipped studio cabin will charm you with its modernity, its comfort and especially its privileged situation!

5 minutes from the historic center of the city and its restaurants, 5 minutes walk from a train stop linking the main cities of Corsica, 7 minutes from Calvi-Sainte-Catherine airport, a supermarket at the foot of the residence and less than 5 minutes walk from the white sand beaches: enough to enjoy the charms of Calvi and Balagne in peace!

Fully equipped kitchen: hood, oven, induction hob 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, fridge.
Living room: Sofa bed 140,table, television.

Shower room: washbasin cabinet with mirror, built-in receiver, heated towel rail and toilet

Cabin room: 1 bunk bed, bedside table and air conditioning.

An imprint of credit card in deposit of guarantee, will be required upon your arrival (deposit 900 euros) except customers.
Cleaning 50 euros in option on request
Linen in option : 50€
If you arrive after 8pm and/or leave before 9am, you will be charged 30€.
Household obligatorily paying if departure before 9:00 of the morning.
