Located on the 5th floor without elevator, my apartment is equipped and includes a bedroom with a 140 double bed, a shower room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a 140 sofa bed. The BALCONY offers a SEA VIEW and you can enjoy the outdoor furniture to have your dinners.
You will have at your disposal: Parking, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven.
The advantage of my accommodation is that it is close to the SEA. So, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere facing the water. Also take advantage of the beach to read, go for a bike ride, play sports... Furthermore, for beach activities and games, you will find the STAGNONE a 7-minute walk from your home.
With its location, you won't be able to miss the must-see places in Calcatoggio and do activities there to enjoy your vacation:
-For boat trips, water sports, exploring the Liscia River and the Lava Stream and visiting the Scandola, Piana and Girolata reserves, ORCINO CRUISES and EVENT'S SENSATION are respectively a 4-minute drive and a 12-minute walk from the apartment.
-If you are a fan of parasailing, paragliding, water skiing and jet skiing, choose CORSIC'S ADVENTURE which is 12 minutes away.
-For car or mountain bike tours, the Col de San-Bastiano is a 10-minute drive or 19-minute bike ride away.
-The Ancona Tower is a 9-minute bike ride away and the Tourist Office is a 3-minute walk away.
