The villa is on two levels:
On the floor is a living room with fireplace, a dining room with open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, freezer, juicer)
An independent WC.
On the floor is the night corner composed of 3 bedrooms and an independent bathroom
Room 1 : Queen Size bed 160*200 with cupboard and balcony access
Bedroom 2 : Double bed 140*200 with balcony access
Room 3 : 2* single beds 90*200 (possibility to bring them together and make a King Size bed 180*200) with a large terrace.
The bathroom is composed of a shower and a corner bathtub with a double basin.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI.
EXTERIOR
A large balcony overlooking the garden with a barbecue area. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs.
An awning is installed to protect from the sun on the whole length of the terrace.
A gate gives access to the garden and the 3.6*3.6 pool.
At the bottom of the garden, a small cabin for children is available.
The garden is not fenced.
LOCATION
The villa is located in Conca, an ideal location to enjoy the most beautiful corners of the region while staying in a quiet and privileged place preserved from the crowd.
Conca is a village located 20 km north of Porto-Vecchio. The village is located in the middle of wooded hills and is also the historical departure point of the GR20. It is an ancient village of shepherds who used to come and stay there in winter, and it is still a typical Corsican village. On the coastline, you have access to the beaches of Favona, Tarco and Fautea located about 10 minutes from the village.
You will be also located at 10 minutes of the natural swimming pools of Cavu and at 20 minutes of the superb beach of Pinarello.
