INTERIOR
Very bright single-storey villa, with access to the terrace and the garden, by large windows with glazing.
A living room with 4K connected 55 " TV / dining room opening directly onto the terrace. Comfortable 3-4 seater sofa.
A dining room with tables for 8 people
A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine dryer.
Bedroom 1: premium King size bedding 180x200 with 4K connected 43" TV, with shower room. Access to terrace-garden-swimming pool
Bedroom 2: premium King size bedding 180x200 or 2x 90x200, with shower room. Garden access.
In the small living room: sofa bed 140x200.
Independent toilet.

OUTSIDE
The villa has a garden with trees and a terrace that directly overlooks the scrub and the hills. Wooden terrace in ipe of 150 m2 with heated and secure swimming pool of 4x9.
Electric griddle. A dining table for 8 people. An outdoor living room with 1 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs. 4 sunbeds for sunbathing.

The villa is part of a small residence of 3 houses, each with their private swimming pool. It is terraced on one side only.

NOTE: Work is underway at the back of the villa. The complete stop of work is mandatory from mid-July to early September. No noise nuisance during this period and no visual nuisance.
