This typical house centenary built in 1917 by our great-great grandfather island is located in the centre of the village, a 15 seconds walk from the port of Propriano. Thus, the shops, restaurants and bars are just 30 metres away and the beaches 5 minutes walk.
This building built in real granite of corsica has been completely renovated and redone to nine in 2017. We have created 2 duplex of 50 m2 each : the apartment AMO and the apartment BACI (possibility to rent 2 duplexs that are connected via the sas input for up to 8 people )
These two apartments have the charm of the old buildings in corsica (granite, central, typical) while still providing the comfort of a renovated apartment (modern decor, fully-equipped kitchen, wi-fi, quality bedding, etc...). Moreover, its exceptional location (30 meters from the port and 5 minutes from the beaches) makes you live a unique experience of a corsican village and does not require a car.

It is accessed via a staircase in the granite outside.
On the lower floor, it consists of a large living room, modern and cozy : corner living room with large convertible sofa-bed for 2 persons, coffee table and corner dining table as well as an open kitchen completely new and equipped kitchen (washing machine/ dishwasher / fridge/ oven/ coffee machine/ 4-plate stove...)
A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a bathroom with Italian shower and TOILET, a small mezzanine for storage or installing children's beds with an extra bed for one person, and finally, a bright room for 2 people.
