Very nice duplex with sea view in the city center Located in the city center of Propriano, in a stone building, a few steps from the marina and the beach of Mancinu, this very nice crossing duplex is composed as follows: Upon entering a living room bright living room with dining area and living room opening onto the terrace on the sea side, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the street and a guest toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with WC, a bedroom on the sea side with a double bed offering a magnificent view and on the street side a second bedroom with two single beds. The terrace has a dining area and "Chilean" deckchairs to enjoy the view. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and a private parking space is available a few meters from the accommodation. Cleaning is not included, it will be possible to take this option at the rate of 45€ if you do not wish to do it yourself before departure. Provision of linen, sheets and towels at the price of 10€/person on request. Arrival time: 5:00 p.m. Departure time: 10:00 a.m. A deposit of €500.00 will be deposited by check on the day of arrival and returned on departure (if the departure visit cannot take place, the deposit check will be returned by mail in the following week).
