Surrounded by Corsican maquis this beautiful apartment located in 1st floor without lift will charm you by its location in nature, with an exceptional sea. Located on the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio in the seaside resort of Porticcio it consists of an entrance hall with cupboards, a living room with a part open kitchen (washing machine, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, extractor fan, jug, toaster, coffee maker, multiple cooking utensils) and a living-room composed of a sofa bed in 140x190, a dining area and a tv. This rental has a separate bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a room of water (shower and washbasin) and a separate wc. The living room is air-conditioned. The covered terrace has a surface area of 6 m2 consists of a living room of garden and a étandoir laundry. The residence has two swimming pools with free access.
